If we cannot get there at the time agreed, we will let you know as soon as possible in order to rearrange our appointment at a date and time to suit you.

The price you’re quoted is the price you will pay.
If any issues are uncovered during the project, we stop the job immediately to discuss how we move forward. We won’t give you any unwanted surprises.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
If you find any problems in this time, contact us straight away and we will be there to resolve it. Products are guaranteed as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
