Dan and Dan were absolutely fantastic, arrived on time, straight to work, quickly identified what was causing the leak and within 15-30 minutes, they'd fixed it and tidied up after themselves. Extremely reasonably priced as well. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

We had 2 very big jobs done by Lonsdale Plumbing and Heating. 1 was a whole new bathroom everything replaced and the 2nd was a whole new central heating system with new radiators and underfloor piping replaced. So a lot of work with every room in the house having work done. It taken 2 weeks to do and I must say a very good job they both are. Our bathroom is fab and the central heating system is just the right one for our house. They are very tidy, very hard workers and do a very good job. These jobs where under taken by Keith and the team so well done to them. I would recommend them to anybody.

Glad I called Dan. Prior to Christmas, I called about ten plumbers in the Ashby/Coalville area were called and had to leave messages regarding my problem. One or two were busy - fair enough. Almost all of the rest didn't even bother to return my call. Of those that did, they tried to quote, incorrectly, over the phone. Dealing with Lonsdale Plumbing was a different experience altogether. Dan provided good communication, visited the property to assess the problem prior to quotation and then went on to fix my central heating issue. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for a plumber. don't waste your time calling others, give Dan a call.

Dan came to install a gas cooker in our home and a gas connection in our catering trailer. He was on time- despite having traveled over 20 miles to get here- professional and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend and look forward to having him back once the kitchen is ready to be installed.

Daniel is highly conscientious. Our boiler wouldn't ignite and he reworked his schedule to call in on the same day and quickly fix the problem. He was running a little early and called ahead to let my partner know, then wouldn't take any payment as it was a quick job, and taught her the trick to fix the problem if it occurs in future. You just don't expect people to be so kind, thank you!

We recently used Lonsdale Plumbing to install an outside tap at our home. Dan text right before to say he was on his way and arrived bang on time. He was friendly and professional - arrived with all his PPE to ensure everyone is kept safe at the moment.
