Glad I called Dan. Prior to Christmas, I called about ten plumbers in the Ashby/Coalville area were called and had to leave messages regarding my problem. One or two were busy - fair enough. Almost all of the rest didn't even bother to return my call. Of those that did, they tried to quote, incorrectly, over the phone. Dealing with Lonsdale Plumbing was a different experience altogether. Dan provided good communication, visited the property to assess the problem prior to quotation and then went on to fix my central heating issue. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for a plumber. don't waste your time calling others, give Dan a call.

Dan came to install a gas cooker in our home and a gas connection in our catering trailer. He was on time- despite having traveled over 20 miles to get here- professional and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend and look forward to having him back once the kitchen is ready to be installed.

Daniel is highly conscientious. Our boiler wouldn't ignite and he reworked his schedule to call in on the same day and quickly fix the problem. He was running a little early and called ahead to let my partner know, then wouldn't take any payment as it was a quick job, and taught her the trick to fix the problem if it occurs in future. You just don't expect people to be so kind, thank you!

We recently used Lonsdale Plumbing to install an outside tap at our home. Dan text right before to say he was on his way and arrived bang on time. He was friendly and professional - arrived with all his PPE to ensure everyone is kept safe at the moment.

Dan from Lonsdale Plumbing has just completed fitting our new boiler. It is difficult to know who to go with when choosing a plumber, we are so happy we chose Lonsdale plumbing. From how the quote process worked, to meet all our expectations on the work completed it could not have been better. Dan cleaned up at the end of each day but on the last day, there was a small problem with the electrical side which Dan stayed on to sort. He then also made sure everything was working well and balanced all our radiators not finishing tonight until gone at 8.00 pm. He did not complain or seem to rush he left our home as clean as when he arrived. It is rare to come across a tradesman like this. Well worth every penny. Highly recommend
