COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

As we continue through this period of extended lockdown, to protect our NHS and each other, we do hope that you and your families are keeping safe and well. We would like to reassure our customers that we are still open for business and operating inline with the government guidelines to protect and support you in carrying out essential work. We are doing everything we can to safeguard our team and our customers.
Plumbers and Heating Engineers are key workers, and we can still do home visits, providing we don’t work in the same room as any person living in the property. We have increased hygiene measures in place, including the use of hand and surface sanitisers and PPE, in addition to observing the social distancing guidelines. We will sanitise the area we have been working in and any surfaces we have come into contact with upon completing work and leaving your property.
We would never put our customers at risk, and if we have any concerns about our own health, we will not attend your property. If you or any person in your household is displaying symptoms of the Coronavirus, please tell us as soon as possible, and we can reschedule your appointment, allowing the minimum time for your self-isolation.
We have already received fantastic feedback from customers who appreciate our service and the extra precautions we are taking when working at this time.
